Your mission
In your role as Process and Quality Manager - Data Protection (m/f/x), you are responsible for developing a customer-oriented process landscape for appliedAI, which at the same time complies with the standards for quality management and information security. 

  • Responsibility, development and maintenance of a management system with focus on quality management, information security management and data protection
  • Recording, documenting and optimizing business processes in cooperation with the departments, taking into account legal requirements as well as customer requirements
  • Planning and execution of internal audits, definition and follow-up of measures resulting from internal or external audits, process and risk analysis 
  • Recording and processing incidents in the areas of information security and data protection (incident management)
  • Regular support of departments with regard to system-relevant topics (e.g., ISMS risk assessments, IT change management or order processing in data protection)
Your profile
  • Technical or business degree with ideally 5 years of practical experience or expertise in the areas of quality management and data protection including the relevant standards and legal requirements (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, DSGVO)
  • Education as a quality representative and internal auditor or quality manager 
  • You appreciate working with new digital tools to automate tasks and have a desire to try out new possibilities. 
  • You have a good command of German and can handle internal requests in English
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, service orientation as well as analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working

Deine Aufgaben
In deiner Rolle als Prozess- und Qualitätsmanager – Datenschutz (m/f/x) bist du dafür verantwortlich, eine kundenorientierte Prozesslandschaft für appliedAI zu entwickeln, die gleichzeitig den Standards für Qualitätsmanagement und Informationssicherheit entspricht.


Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
  • Verantwortung, Aufbau und Aufrechterhaltung eines Managementsystems mit den Schwerpunkten Qualitätsmanagement, Informationssicherheitsmanagement und Datenschutz.
  • Erfassung, Dokumentation und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie Kundenanforderungen.
  • Planung und Durchführung interner Audits, Definition und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen, die sich aus internen oder externen Audits ergeben, sowie Prozess- und Risikoanalyse.
  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Vorfällen in den Bereichen Informationssicherheit und Datenschutz (Incident Management).
  • Regelmäßige Unterstützung von Fachbereichen hinsichtlich systemrelevanter Themen, wie z. B. ISMS-Risikobewertungen, IT-Change-Management oder Auftragsabwicklung im Datenschutz.
Dein Profil
  • Ein technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit idealerweise 5 Jahren praktischer Erfahrung oder Fachwissen in den Bereichen Qualitätsmanagement und Datenschutz, einschließlich der relevanten Normen und gesetzlichen Anforderungen (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, DSGVO)
  • Eine Ausbildung zum Qualitätsbeauftragten und Internen Auditor oder Qualitätsmanager
  • Du schätzt den Umgang mit neuen digitalen Tools zur Automatisierung von Aufgaben und hast Lust, neue Möglichkeiten auszuprobieren
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie die Fähigkeit, interne Anfragen auf Englisch zu bearbeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Serviceorientierung sowie analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
