Key responsibilities:

• Event Management: Work with various teams to manage our event calendar and ensure the event execution and promotion runs smoothly

• Process Optimization: Brainstorm innovative ideas with the team to enhance our marketing processes

• Material Preparation & Process Building:  Ensure marketing materials are ready on time and properly stored and help build and refine our marketing materials management process

• Information Coordination: Make sure the marketing team has all the info they need to organize and promote stellar events

• Social Media: Get hands-on with social media posting and engagement

• Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and document top engaging stakeholders to boost community involvement and collaborations

• KPI Reporting: Support the team with KPI reporting to track our success

• Currently enrolled in an university, preferably in Marketing, Communication, or a comparable field

• Ideally, initial experience as a working student in marketing

• Fluent German and English skills

• You work proactively, independently, keep multiple tasks going at once, and have a positive attitude and enthusiasm for new challenges

• Self-starter attitude / structured way of thinking / technology enthusiast with a passion for high-tech and AI

• Flexibility to choose / switch between our amazing office space in the House of Communication in Munich, IPAI in Heilbronn and work from home options
