Your mission
We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/x) to join our Academy team at the appliedAI Institute for Europe gGmbH, where you will orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of our educational offerings that make trustworthy AI accessible to professionals across private and public sectors. You'll plan, coordinate, and manage AI education projects across the full lifecycle—from ideation and kick-offs through analysis, development, monitoring, implementation, marketing, publishing, and evaluation - while communicating and coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative educational offerings that support Europe's advancement in trustworthy AI education.
Your mission will be:- Comprehensive project planning, tracking, and documentation to ensure seamless project delivery and stakeholder alignment
- Drive project agendas, facilitate meetings, and manage task assignments to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
- Assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and adapt project scope based on stakeholder needs and resource constraints
- Manage internal stakeholder communications through calls, emails, and in-person meetings, ensuring clear expectations and timely project updates
- Support the Academy team lead with external stakeholder communications and management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams within projects including instructional designers, trainers, reviewers, program managers, video editors, designers, and AI subject matter experts
