                        Your mission
                        
                            We are looking for an 
AI Community and Event Manager eager to actively shape appliedAI's content agenda and grow our vibrant ecosystem. You will be the central point for our community, creating engaging events and content that connect our partners, speakers, and users. You will help our partners and the broader community stay at the forefront of AI by building a platform for knowledge exchange, networking, and collaboration. As an AI Community and Event Manager, you will work closely with our Partner Managers, Marketing, and Professional Services teams to realize value for our entire ecosystem.
Please note that this position is on a one year fixed-term contract. Your tasks will include:
Shaping the AI Content Agenda & Event Management- Identifying major topics and trends in AI to shape our content agenda, aligning with internal colleagues and collecting requests from our partners to ensure content relevance
 - Creative planning and execution of hybrid, online, and onsite events for our partner network, ensuring seamless experience
 - Identifying, contacting, and coordinating with exciting speakers for our events and content platforms
 - End-to-end invitation and participant management, including creating distribution lists, designing and sending invitations, follow-ups, and analysis (using HubSpot). 
 
AI Community Management- Designing initiatives to strengthen networking within the community and manage it by providing support and incorporating feedback
 - Creating and publishing relevant content (e.g., AI trends, articles) to expand our knowledge platform and producing a monthly newsletter
 - Developing and utilizing KPIs to monitor, analyze, and report on engagement, user growth, and feedback implementation
