Your mission
As a Principal Solution Architect, you will operate as a strategic technology leader—shaping the architectural vision for our organization and key clients. You will drive technical excellence, mentor future leaders, and ensure our solutions embody best-in-class engineering. 

What You Will Do 
  • Define and own end-to-end technical strategy for large-scale customer programs and complex, multi-team initiatives, aligning technology outcomes with business goals
  • Establish and govern reference architectures, design patterns, and engineering best practices to elevate quality, security, reliability, and scalability across all projects
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, guiding technology roadmaps, modernization programs, and AI adoption strategies
  • Mentor architects and senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation
  • Architect and guide the implementation of sophisticated, AI-enabled systems—including complex, multi-step autonomous agent architectures using advanced LLM patterns and robust MLOps
  • Lead solution engineering in high-stakes pre-sales engagements, translating complex business challenges into compelling large-scale proposals and presenting them at the executive level
Your profile
  • Master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and enterprise architecture, with a track record of leading large-scale cloud, data, and integration projects
  • Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native design on Azure, AWS, or GCP. Deep knowledge of microservices, event-driven architectures, data platforms, and enterprise security
  • At least first experience architecting and delivering production-grade AI solutions, including deep familiarity with AI agent frameworks, the end-to-end model lifecycle, MLOps, and the challenges of deploying generative AI securely and at scale
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and C-level executives
  • Fluent English skills are essential; knowledge of German is beneficial and will support smoother collaboration with our customers
