Your mission
As a Senior AI Project Manager (m/f/x), you are the technical backbone of our customer engagements. You don't just manage timelines — you deeply understand the AI solutions your team is building and ensure they deliver real impact. You thrive at the intersection of hands-on technical work and customer-facing delivery, translating complex AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes. Working closely with our AI Engineering teams, AI Strategists, and a diverse ecosystem of external partners, you take ownership of AI projects from scoping through to successful delivery.
Your tasks will include:
- Technical Project Leadership: Lead AI projects end-to-end — from requirements engineering and solution architecture through implementation to delivery. Ensure technical decisions are sound, feasible, and aligned with customer objectives
- AI Agent & GenAI Solutions: Drive the design and delivery of AI agent and Generative AI solutions. Guide their integration into enterprise environments with a clear understanding of capabilities and limitations
- Enterprise AI Integration: Integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise IT landscapes — including workflow automation, API design, and enterprise architecture alignment. Ensure AI becomes part of the customer's operational fabric, not a silo
- Customer Engagement & Workshops: Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers. Lead workshops, present to senior stakeholders, and translate the "what" and "how" of AI into language that resonates with decision-makers
- Performance & Quality Assurance: Define and track KPIs that measure real project impact. Establish quality standards and ensure every deliverable meets the high bar our customers expect
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive project documentation — from technical specs and architecture decisions to progress reports and post-project evaluations. Share lessons learned across the team
